วันเสาร์ที่ 19 มกราคม2562 บริษัทได้จัดกิจกรรมระหว่างพนักงานเพื่อเป็นการเริ่มต้นปีอย่างมีพลังและทิศทางที่ชัดเจน ผ่านกิจกรรมด่านต่างๆเพื่อความสามัคคีและตระหนักในค่านิยมองค์กรทั้ง 5 ข้อ อย่างแข็งแรงทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ ทั้งการกระตุ้นให้ตระหนักเรื่องสุขภาพ ผ่านการออกกำลังกายและการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างเป็นสุขในเกมต่างๆ อีกทั้งให้ทุกๆ คนได้ซึมซับความเป็นคนดีและคนเก่งของวายเอ็มเอฟอีกด้วย
On Saturday January 2019, the company organized several activities among the employees to begin the New Year with energy and precise direction. Through each activity, the employees would learn to work in harmony and realize the 5 core values of the organization, by both physical and mental strength, which also encourage them to be aware of their wellbeing through exercise and participation in games, in addition, to cultivate to be a good and great staff of YMF.
ในช่วงเย็นกับงานเลี้ยงสังสรรค์ปีใหม่ ในธีม ”ลูกทุ่ง ผ้าขาวม้า” ที่ทุกคนแต่งกายกันอย่างมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สนุกสนานและเพลิดเพลินไปกับอาหาร วงดนตรี อีกทั้งของรางวัลต่างๆมากมาย พนักงานได้ผ่อนคลายและมีพลังที่จะก้าวไปข้างหน้าด้วยกันอย่างมั่นคง
In the evening, the New Year party’s theme was “country folk and a loincloth (pa kao-ma)”. Everyone had to dress up with a creative idea. The party was enjoyable and full of fun with the food and band, including the various presents. The employees felt relax and lively with immense energy, to firmly move forward together.
