เนื่องในวันสตรีสากลประจำปี 2563 ทางกระทรวงแรงงานได้จัดงานวันสตรีสากลขึ้น เมื่อวันจันทร์ ที่ 9 มีนาคม 2563 โดยชูแนวคิด “แรงงานสตรี ร่วมแรงร่วมใจ สร้างความเสมอภาค สู่สังคมไทย”เชิดชูเกียรติสตรีทำงานดีเด่นพร้อมรณรงค์ให้ทุกภาคส่วนตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของสตรีทำงาน สนับสนุนบทบาทสตรีให้ประสบความสำเร็จในอาชีพการงานและยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติว่า เป็นบุคลากร ที่ทรงคุณค่าของประเทศ ซึ่งได้จัดพิธีมอบโล่รางวัลแก่สตรีที่ผ่านหลักเกณฑ์การ คัดเลือกสาขาต่างๆ จำนวน 29 ท่าน ซึ่งเป็นรางวัลที่คัดเลือกสตรีที่บริหารจัดการองค์กรอย่างโปร่งใส เป็นธรรมมีประสิทธิภาพส่งเสริมพัฒนาองค์กรและบุคคลในองค์กรให้มีความเจริญก้าวหน้าและเป็นผู้ทำประโยชน์ให้แก่สังคม

ซึ่งคุณลลิษณัลล์ ขะมาลา กรรมการผู้จัดการบริษัท วาย.เอ็ม.เอฟ.อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล ไทย จำกัด ได้รับคัดเลือกเข้ารับประทานโล่รางวัลสตรีนักบริหารดีเด่นสาขาสตรีนักบริหารภาคเอกชนขนาดกลางดีเด่น ประจำปี 2563 โดยได้รับพระกรุณาธิคุณจากพระเจ้าวรวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าโสมสวลี กรมหมื่นสุทธนารีนาถ ทรงโปรดให้ พระเจ้าวรวงศ์เธอ พระองค์เจ้าอทิตยาทรกิติคุณ เสด็จแทน พระองค์ในการประทานโล่รางวัลในครั้งนี้

The Ministry of Labor organized the event for the International Women’s Day on Monday 9th March 2020, under the campaign “Female Labor, together hand in hand, to promote equality, to Thai society” to honor the outstanding working women and encourage every sector to accept the significance of women at work and encourage them to achieve the highest professional position and glorify them as a venerable person of the country. The ceremony had prepared awards for 29 women who meet the criteria of being an excellent leader who manages her organization with transparency, fairness, and efficiency, as well as develop the organization and its staff to the par excellence while never forgetting to give back to the society.

Ms. Lalisnan Khamala, Managing Director of Y.M.F. International (Thai) Co.Ltd., was selected to receive this award as the Outstanding Executive Female in the Female SME Executive from the Private Sector for the year 2020. On this memorable occasion, Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali Krom Muen Suddhanarinatha gave her royal grace and consent to appoint Her Royal Highness Princess Aditayadornkitikhun, as her representative, to give the award on that day.
