สำหรับบริษัท วาย.เอ็ม.เอฟ. อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (ไทย) จำกัด บุคลากรถือเป็นสินทรัพย์ที่มีค่ายิ่งกว่าสิ่งใดในองค์กร และในปีนี้บุคลากรอันทรงคุณค่าจำนวน 5 ท่านได้ก้าวเข้าสู่วาระในการเริ่มต้นชีวิตในช่วงใหม่ ดังนั้นบริษัทฯ รำลึกถึงคุณค่าของบุคลากรที่ร่วมเคียงบ่าเคียงไหล่ เมื่อถึงวาระในการอำลาจากการเกษียณอายุ บริษัทฯ จึงได้จัดงานอำลาผู้เกษียณอายุประจำปี 2562 เมื่อวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม 2562 ที่ผ่านมา
ในโอกาสนี้ คุณลลิษณัลล์ ขะมาลา กรรมการผู้จัดการ ได้กล่าว คำขอบคุณ แก่พนักงานเกษียณอายุทุกท่านที่ได้ร่วมทำงานกันมา พร้อมกันนี้ได้มอบของที่ระลึก เพื่อเป็นสิ่งแทนใจ แทนคำขอบคุณจากเพื่อน พี่ น้องวาย.เอ็ม.เอฟฯ ทุกคน โดยผู้เกษียณอายุได้กล่าวแสดงความรู้สึก และความประทับใจระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมให้ข้อคิด แนวทางการทำงาน ให้กับน้องๆ ในรุ่นถัดไป ซึ่งถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่บริษัทฯ ต้องการให้พนักงานทุกท่านได้เห็นว่าครอบครัว วาย.เอ็ม.เอฟ. เราดูแลกันจนกระทั่งถึงวันที่ต้องแยกย้ายกันไป ซึ่งวันนี้เรามีตัวอย่างของรุ่นพี่ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ทำงานอย่างทุ่มเทจนกระทั่งถึงวันเกษียณอายุ ให้เห็นเป็นตัวอย่าง
ในช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรม พี่ๆ เพื่อนๆ และน้องๆ ใน วาย.เอ็ม.เอฟฯ ทุกคน ได้ร่วมกันมอบดอกไม้เพื่อเป็นกำลังใจแก่พนักงานเกษียณอายุทั้ง 5 ท่าน บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่ม อิ่มเอม และเป็นกำลังใจในการก้าวสู่การดำเนินชีวิตต่อไป
Y.M.F. International (Thai) Co., Ltd. always values human capital as the most precious property of the organization among other things. This year, there is five valuable staff whose time had arrived to start their new chapter of life, namely their retirement. Therefore, the company realizes and appreciates the ones who stay together with us, till the time they retired. The company hosted a retirement party for the retired staff for the year 2019, on 21 December 2019.
On this occasion, Ms.Lalisanan Khamala the Managing Director, gave a thank you speech to all the retired and gave souvenirs to them, to remind the love and appreciation from the seniors, colleagues, and junior staff, heartedly. In return, each of the retired staffs gave their heartfelt speech of the impressive memory during their working career, as well as their advice and guidance to the juniors, This is the main objective that the company abides to assure the staff that they are part of the family and will be taken care of till the day they retired. And today, we have an apt example from our seniors who performed their duties, with exemplary efforts, until their retirement.
At the end of the party, the seniors, colleagues, and junior staffs of Y.M.F. gave flowers to the five retired staffs, as moral support to start their new life, under warm and happy atmosphere.
